User Password vs Owner Password:

- 🔒 Owner (Permissions) Password: Places restrictions on actions like high-resolution printing, copy-pasting text, or editing pages, while allowing the PDF to be opened. Our tool removes these restrictions automatically by stripping the encryption header.
